SHERIFF SECURITY is committed to protecting your personal data. This notice explains what we collect through this site and the rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The data controller is SHERIFF SECURITY, at the address above. For any question about your data, write to office_fr@sheriff-global.fr.
2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the name, company, work email and message you provide, plus technical data such as connection logs. We never collect more than we need to answer you.
3. Purpose
We use this data only to respond to your request, arrange a consultation and, where relevant, follow up commercially, on the legitimate interest of replying to your enquiry.
4. Recipients
Your data is handled by our internal team and by the providers that run the form and host the site (currently Web3Forms for form delivery and Hetzner for hosting, both in the EU). Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.
5. Retention
Contact and prospect data is kept for up to 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. Connection logs are kept for up to 1 year.
6. Security
The site uses TLS encryption in transit, restricted access and regular backups to protect your data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to office_fr@sheriff-global.fr; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to function. It runs no advertising or analytics trackers without your prior consent.
9. Changes
We may update this notice; the version that applies is always the one published here.
